• New Age Entrepreneur with financial & technical background Mr. Sandeep Mundra founded QUASARNET for web hosting / Domain Registration / Web Designing Business
• New office started at Someshwara Complex , Satellite , Ahmedabad

1998

• Mr. Jitendra Parmar joins as a first employee for website design business.
• By Year end Quasarnet employ seven full time and part time employees.

1999

• Rename QuasarNET as IndiaNIC.com moved all internet related business there.
• Become number one hosting / domain registration company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Start PHP Application Development.

2000        

• Tie up with Mr. C.P.Chopra and formed new company as IndiaNIC Infotech Limited.
• Launch sevapuja.com, First PHP based portal launch by Saint Murari Bapu.
• Launch First COLDFUSION Ecommerce stores for Boston based company
• Growth to 20 employees

2001 – 2004

• Moved to bigger office at Mitthakhali Six Cross Road, Ahmedabad
• Achieved one of TOP position at Elance – web project bidding site.
• Focused on US / European market for web designing / PHP based application services.
• Started Microsoft based web applications in asp & asp.net
• Achieved one of the leading positions in Ahmedabad for web development.
• First Indian Company listed in yahoo store design directory
• Hit target of 100 yahoo stores.
• Cross more then 500 projects from US / Other parts of world.
• Redesign Ahmedabad based top ecommerce store as eVyapaar.com for Talash Infosoft Private  Limited.
• Three time growth in revenue and manpower.
• IndiaNIC Infotech Limited gets listed in Official Designer Directory for Yahoo Merchant Solutions.

2005

• Start US operations in the name of IndiaNIC, LLC with partnership of Mr. Ujas Patel, Raleigh, NC
• Become First Indian vendor to provide digital pen & paper products. (ANOTO Technology)
• Operations moved to 3rd & 4th Floor Camex House with bigger facility and world class office infrastructure.
• Maintain 25% growth

2006

• IndiaNIC launches its subsidiary company – IndiaNIC Infocom Limited targeted towards operations such as ecommerce and application development.
• Formation of new development center at Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) with 20 employees.

2007

• First onsite deployment of an employee – Mr. Mihir Rawal travel to United States of America for discussing project and identifying new possibilities for business.
• Merger with Talash Infosoft Private Limited – employee strength grows to 150 people.
• Strategic Partnership for OMS3 Group.
• Mr. Rakesh Patel Join as Senior Porject Manager and susequently promoted as AVP -It Services.
• New Development Center at Gopal Palace, Nehrunagar with state of art facilities with capacity to accommodate 200 employees on single floor.
• New Development Center at Akshat Complex at Navrangpura capable of accommodating 80 employees.
• Maintain 25% growth

2008

• Employee strength grows to 200 including Hyderabad center – now accommodating 100 plus employees
• Big leap in technologies being worked upon – strengthening the position of Indianic in Marketing and Sales.
• Join conference of Yahoo Store Developers in Sunnyvale , US
• Launch iPhone Web Applications Development
• Launch iPhone Native Application Developments
• Become Apple Authorize Development Partner for iPhone Application Development.
• Launch First in house iphone application named  “Hanuman Chalisa”
